Cap blocks

Blocks: the cap families we make

Each block is one family of caps, with the panel construction, fabric weights, decoration options, minimums and lead times — and links down to the specific styles inside it. Pick the family first; the style follows.

Why start with a block

Nobody orders "a cap". They order a six-panel for a team, a bucket for a resort, a beanie for a winter promotion. The block page carries the numbers that decide the price — panel count, crown structure, fabric weight, decoration method — so the first conversation is about the product instead of about the difference between a dad hat and a snapback.

Not sure which block? Send the brief and we will point to one.
