• Information from your messages: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and quote requests you send us, including attachments such as logo files or reference images.
• Technical information: our website is served through a content delivery network, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data (for example payment card numbers, ID numbers or health information). Please do not send such data through our forms.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To create artwork mockups and samples for your approval.
• To produce, pack and ship confirmed orders, and to arrange shipping documents.

• Form processing: our quote and contact forms are delivered by Formspree, which transmits your submission to our email inbox.
• Hosting and delivery: our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with images stored on Cloudflare R2.
• Email and messaging: our email provider and WhatsApp (Meta) carry the messages you send us.
• Shipping and customs: when you place an order, we share the delivery details required by the carrier, freight forwarder and customs authorities.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking scripts. The hosting network may set strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver pages and protect the site. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site content.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and tax obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Artwork files are kept so we can reproduce a repeat order accurately; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
