Decoration Method
Custom Heat Transfer Hats
Heat transfer hats for full-color logos, gradients, small batches and detailed artwork that does not fit embroidery or screen print. We test artwork, fabric compatibility and placement before production.

Full-color artwork without stitch limits
Heat transfer applies a printed film to the cap, which makes it useful for gradients, full-color logos and artwork with more detail than embroidery can hold.
It is often used for event graphics, short runs, detailed brand marks and designs where screen print color setup would be inefficient. The cap fabric and panel shape still matter.
We compare heat transfer against screen print and sublimation during quoting so the method matches the artwork, fabric and quantity.
