No. Send whatever artwork you have — even a sketch or a photo. Our team will tell you whether it is production-ready or needs cleanup, and the quote will include any digitizing or setup fees.
MOQ is confirmed by cap style, color, decoration and packaging. For sampling, we quote the physical sample cost and timing after reviewing your artwork, fabric choice and logo method.
Yes. After mockup approval we produce a physical sample for approval before bulk production. The sample lets you check fabric, fit, stitching and logo quality before the full run starts.

Payment and shipping terms are confirmed in your quote. Typical terms include a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment, and both sea and express shipping options. See our payment terms for details.
Yes. We ship from our own factory worldwide by express, air or sea freight. Freight is quoted separately and depends on destination, weight and shipping method. We can also ship to your forwarder if you prefer.
