Hat Type
Custom Wide Brim Sun Visors
A visor built for shade: a wider, longer bill than a standard golf visor, in a performance or mesh fabric. Chosen for outdoor work, sport and event programs where the piece is worn for hours in strong sun.

What this build is
Bill size is the point of this build. A wider, longer bill shades more of the face and neck area, which is what outdoor and event programs are buying.
The open top keeps heat from building under a crown. Combined with a mesh or performance fabric, that is the difference between a piece that gets worn all day and one that comes off after an hour.
Why the construction decides the decoration
Because the bill is large and flat, packing matters more than on a standard visor. Compression in the carton is the usual cause of a deformed bill.
Decoration is checked against the build before anything is quoted. If the artwork suits a different method or a different construction, we say so at that point rather than after sampling.
The specification below is confirmed in writing before a sample is made, and the bulk run is compared against the approved sample.
Buyer Risk Check
Where this project can go wrong
Deformed bill in transit
A large flat bill creases under compression. Packing is part of the specification, not an afterthought.
Over-penetrating a light fabric
Performance fabrics are thin. A dense stitch plan can pull them, so the plan is set against the fabric.
Tall artwork on a wide panel
The branding area is wide and shallow. Wide layouts reproduce better than tall stacked designs.
Assuming one bill size suits everyone
A very wide bill shades more but can obstruct vision in some activities. Bill size is matched to the use.
What we confirm before production
Every order is quoted by the actual spec, sampled for approval, and checked against the approved sample before shipping.
Build chosen against your artwork
We review the logo file first and tell you which construction reproduces it cleanly.
Decoration checked against fabric
If the chosen fabric will not carry the method, you hear it before sampling rather than after production.
One written specification
Fabric, profile, closure, decoration and packing are confirmed on the order sheet.
Sample before bulk
Nothing goes into production until a physical sample has been approved against the specification.
Common questions
An open-top visor with a wider and longer bill than a standard golf visor, built for shade during extended outdoor use.
A wider bill shades more of the face and the sides, which is the reason outdoor and event programs choose it over a standard visor.
Performance polyester, mesh and technical blends are common because they manage moisture and stay light. Cotton twill is used where a heavier feel is wanted.
Yes, with a stitch plan set against the fabric weight. Thin performance fabric is not over-penetrated.
With the bill supported and the visor not compressed. A large flat bill creases easily in the carton.
Reflective trim and print can be quoted on request, depending on the specification.
Yes. Matching colourways across a program is common for outdoor and event orders.
