Yes. Because MOQ is set per style and color, we can usually combine styles and colors in a single production run — helpful when you are testing several designs or topping up blank caps wholesale inventory.

Reorders follow the same per-style, per-color approach. Core blank cap styles and colors are often kept in stock for quicker replenishment, so confirm current availability for your style and color on the blank caps wholesale page.

Bulk production is scheduled after sample approval. Lead time depends on quantity, decoration, fabric availability and packaging, and rush orders may be possible if our schedule allows — confirm your deadline when you inquire. Read about our process on the our factory page.

The sample is made to your confirmed spec — fabric, color, closure and logo — so you approve exactly what the bulk run will look like. Our equipment list shows the production steps behind that sample.

We send a free artwork proof and digital mockup for your approval, then move to a physical sample. You can walk through the flow on the design your own cap page.

Yes — changes are easiest before bulk production begins. Once the sample is approved we lock the spec, and later changes may affect the schedule and cost. Send your updated artwork with a quote request and we will confirm the impact.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF and PNG at 300 dpi. Vector files give the cleanest result for embroidery and patches. If you only have a raster file, our team will advise on the best method — see the design your own cap page for guidance.

It depends on your artwork and quantity. Embroidery is durable and premium, screen print and heat transfer suit bold, colorful graphics, and woven patches or leather patches add texture. We recommend the method that fits your file and budget.

Yes. We keep a wide stock thread library and can Pantone-match your colors across fabric and thread, so your custom logo hats match your brand exactly.

Sublimation works especially well on flat-front panels like 5-panel caps. For other silhouettes we usually recommend screen print or heat transfer instead.

Adjustable styles with a snapback, strap or hook-and-loop closure are one-size-fits-most. Fitted hats come in common size ranges such as 6 7/8 to 7 3/4 — we send a size chart to confirm before production.

A snapback has an adjustable closure and fits a range of head sizes, while a fitted hat has no adjuster and comes in set sizes. We help you pick based on how the hats will be distributed.
