Our factory sits in Huangyan District, Taizhou, Zhejiang — one of China's core hat manufacturing regions. That location is a practical advantage: fabric, foam, buckles, threads and other trims are produced nearby, so sourcing is fast and consistent. Inside, the workshop is organized by stage rather than by product. Cutting, embroidery, printing, sewing, finishing and packing each have their own area, and the same team follows a batch from the first panel through final inspection. This keeps responsibility clear and makes inline quality control part of the workflow instead of an afterthought.

Our team covers the full production chain — pattern and cutting, embroidery and print operators, sewing, finishing and quality control. On capacity, we produce over 100,000 caps per month and schedule it flexibly by style and season, so a large summer event run and a steady retail replenishment can both be absorbed without queueing. We also supply blank caps wholesale for embroidery shops, print shops and distributors who decorate in their own facility.

Quality is checked inside the line, not only at the end. Operators inspect work at each stage, and a final check compares every batch against the confirmed sample you approved before production. This catches color, stitching and decoration differences while they can still be corrected.

Before shipping, we run a packing check and take photos so you can see the finished order before it leaves. A QC summary ships with the goods, and we can coordinate third-party inspection on request for buyers who want an independent check.

Every order starts with a free artwork proof, followed by a physical sample in 7 days. The sample lets you confirm fabric, color, decoration and sizing before we commit to a run. A sample fee set by the style and decoration complexity may apply.
